--- title: "Products" description: "The products Lixali Studio builds: Itaja, Kudelo, Koelo, SGG Bénin and CTN Life, from payments and mobile money to public law and a game set in Cotonou." url: https://lixalistudio.tech/en/products/ language: en publisher: Lixali Studio (LIXALI STUDIO, LLC) --- # Five products, one workshop Each one started as a problem we kept running into in Cotonou. Three move money, one reads the law, one is a game. Here is what each does today, and how far along it is. ## The products ### Itaja Merchant of record · Waitlist open **Sell a digital product from Africa without opening a company first.** Itaja sells your product on your behalf, as the merchant of record. Your customers pay by mobile money, card or wallet; Itaja collects, handles taxes, refunds and disputes in its own name, and pays you out. - One-off payments, subscriptions, usage credits and license keys on the same engine - Payouts to a local bank account, to mobile money or in stablecoins - An API, a Node SDK and skills for the coding agent you already use - Website: https://getitaja.com ### Kudelo Payment orchestration · Runs under Itaja **One API in front of many African payment providers.** Kudelo sits between a merchant and the payment providers. It picks the provider that should take each payment, follows the payment to its end and keeps the books. Buyers never see its name: they see Itaja's checkout. - Each payment is routed by country, method, recent outcomes and cost - A provider that keeps failing leaves the rotation until it recovers - Double-entry ledger, idempotent sessions and signed webhooks - Website: https://getitaja.com ### Koelo Mobile app · In development **A budget for people whose money lives in mobile money.** Koelo reads the SMS receipts your operator sends after each transaction and turns them into a history you can follow, with a budget for the month on top. It knows MTN, Moov and Celtiis in Benin, and Moov in Togo. - A history built from operator receipts, with nothing to type - Monthly budgets, and the months before them - Balance, transfers and data bundles through USSD shortcuts - On Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.thenemlab.mollet ### SGG Bénin Legal research · Prototype **Benin's official texts, searchable and explained.** SGG Bénin gathers what the General Secretariat of the Government publishes (laws, decrees, Council of Ministers reports) and makes it readable: full-text search, summaries, the links between texts, and an assistant that answers with its sources. - More than 33,000 official records, scanned PDFs included - Every answer cites the texts it relies on - Installs as an app; the texts you opened stay readable offline _An independent project. It is not a government service._ - Website: https://sgg-benin.mute-hat-0e69.workers.dev ### CTN Life Browser game · In development **Cotonou, rebuilt as a social game you play in the browser.** Make your character, pick a lifestyle (Coulé, Laté or Suspendu) and live in a virtual Cotonou: the Amazone statue on the Marina, the Route des Pêches, Haie Vive, the airport. The sun follows the real hour in Cotonou, and the city fills with players and people to talk to. - Karting, padel, fishing, surfing and eight dances to learn, alone or with friends - A phone in your pocket: messages, odd jobs, Zemgo rides, money with Koelo - Installs on a phone and plays in portrait or landscape - Website: https://ctnlife.app ## Building something close to one of these?
